- Family owned and operated facility that goes out their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. We were in the marketplace for an interior door and were thrilled to see all the variety and styles available at Norm’s. One of the sales associates (Michelle) showed us one of their new barn doors available to buy, it’s called the “Arabella”. We hadn’t really considered a barn door for our home, but after viewing our minds were changed. We worked with cabinet designer, Betsy, and she too exceeded our expectations. She was able to help us every step of the way from selecting cabinets and hardware to designing our kitchen space. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with our many questions and concerns. We were able to stay within our budget and the quality of the products is exceptional.
