I have been working with Kourtney Nyga at Norm’s for the last several months to make kitchen cabinetry/design decisions for what will likely be a once-in-a-lifetime kitchen remodel. She was AMAZING! Kourtney was so patient with me as I was incredibly slow to make decisions, and I changed my mind more than a few times during the selection and ordering process. Also, she kept me grounded by paying attention to pricing and cost-effectiveness. I truly felt she was trying to get me the most bang for my buck. In addition, Kourtney offered very quick responses each and every time I needed to get a hold of her. She was accessible, and I so appreciated that. Moreover, she beautifully navigated that fine line between listening to what I wanted while still offering a designer’s perspective and honest feedback. Lastly, Norm’s has this really amazing software that allows the designers to create COLORED renderings of your kitchen! It really helped to visualize the final product! I can tell you that I shopped a couple other well-known, high end places in town, and they did not offer this feature. Don’t be fooled by the name, Norm’s Bargain Barn!
