• I popped into Norm’s on a whim.  I know it took about 4 visits for indecisive me to order that vanity.  However, I kept coming back because of Kourtney!  She was so patient with me.  I brought in other materials and ideas and she always kept me on target.   In the end she helped me pull together a bathroom that I love.  Kourtney is a talented designer.  She helped me with so many little details handles – love the dark baseboard idea, paint colors etc.  I’ll be back for the next bathroom.  Thanks Kourtney!

• When we decided to update our kitchen, our contractor suggested we visit Norm’s Bargain Barn for cabinets. We were not disappointed!  Norm’s exceeded our expectations!!  We worked with cabinet designer, Betsy, and she too exceeded our expectations. She was able to help us every step of the way from selecting cabinets and hardware to designing our kitchen space.  She was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with our many questions and concerns.  We were able to stay within our budget and the quality of the products is exceptional.  I would highly recommend Norm’s Bargain Barn for their professionalism and courteous employees.

• I used Norm’s Bargain Barn to completely remodel my guest bathroom.  I purchased a bathroom vanity, a quartz counter top and the back splash.  I worked with Betsy Wilson.  Betsy was great to work with and very helpful.  Everyone I worked with Norm’s was professional, helpful, and listened to my ideas, questions, and concerns.  I had the most positive experience with them.  I love my new bathroom.

• We recently completed our basement bar project and they were super helpful with helping us choose the cabinets, countertops, sinks, and helped us with all our questions as well as checked in on us periodically through the process to see if we needed anything.  Their customer service (Alex was excellent and very knowledgeable about what we needed!) and attentiveness to detail (Tina was wonderful and made sure we had all of our needs met!) helped ensure our project went smoothly and we were very pleased with the quality and efficiency of the entire process!

• Located in a plaza with other businesses catered to remodeling or contractors.  Attractive red barn façade on building’s exterior resembling farming barn atmosphere.  Doors and windows litter this business interior.  In the center is where all the work associates gather to look up, order, or finish a purchase up for a customer.  Friendly and helpful workers.  Would recommend to others.

• I have been working with Kourtney Nyga at Norm’s for the last several months to make kitchen cabinetry/design decisions for what will likely be a once-in-a-lifetime kitchen remodel. She was AMAZING! Kourtney was so patient with me as I was incredibly slow to make decisions, and I changed my mind more than a few times during the selection and ordering process. Also, she kept me grounded by paying attention to pricing and cost-effectiveness. I truly felt she was trying to get me the most bang for my buck. In addition, Kourtney offered very quick responses each and every time I needed to get a hold of her. She was accessible, and I so appreciated that. Moreover, she beautifully navigated that fine line between listening to what I wanted while still offering a designer’s perspective and honest feedback. Lastly, Norm’s has this really amazing software that allows the designers to create COLORED renderings of your kitchen! It really helped to visualize the final product! I can tell you that I shopped a couple other well-known, high end places in town, and they did not offer this feature. Don’t be fooled by the name, Norm’s Bargain Barn! It’s a quality operation with quality professionals! I would spend my money there again and again. Thank you, Norm’s & Kourtney!

• Had an immediate need for a 60X80 French door with blinds inside the glass and the only people who had it in stock was Norm’s and Bill Poe confirmed it was available and had it at my house the next morning… Couldn’t have asked for better service and the price was great also!
