I popped into Norm’s on a whim. I know it took about 4 visits for indecisive me to order that vanity. However, I kept coming back because of Kourtney! She was so patient with me. I brought in other materials and ideas and she always kept me on target. In the end she helped me pull together a bathroom that I love. Kourtney is a talented designer. I have been working with Kourtney Nyga at Norm’s for the last several months to make kitchen cabinetry/design decisions for what will likely be a once-in-a-lifetime kitchen remodel. She was AMAZING! Kourtney was so patient with me as I was incredibly slow to make decisions, and I changed my mind more than a few times during the selection and ordering process. Also, she kept me grounded by paying attention to pricing and cost-effectiveness. I truly felt she was trying to get me the most bang for my buck. In addition, Kourtney offered very quick responses each and every time I needed to get a hold of her. She was accessible, and I so appreciated that. Moreover, she beautifully navigated that fine line between listening to what I wanted while still offering a designer’s perspective and honest feedback. Lastly, Norm’s has this really amazing software that allows the designers to create COLORED renderings of your kitchen! It really helped to visualize the final product! I can tell you that I shopped a couple other well-known, high end places in town, and they did not offer this feature. Don’t be fooled by the name, Norm’s Bargain Barn! Located in a plaza with other businesses catered to remodeling or contractors. Attractive red barn façade on building’s exterior resembling farming barn atmosphere. Doors and windows litter this business interior. In the center is where all the work associates gather to look up, order, or finish a purchase up for a customer. Friendly and helpful workers.
