• I have been working with Kourtney Nyga at Norm’s for the last several months to make kitchen cabinetry/design decisions for what will likely be a once-in-a-lifetime kitchen remodel. She was AMAZING! Kourtney was so patient with me as I was incredibly slow to make decisions, and I changed my mind more than a few times during the selection and ordering process. Also, she kept me grounded by paying attention to pricing and cost-effectiveness. I truly felt she was trying to get me the most bang for my buck. In addition, Kourtney offered very quick responses each and every time I needed to get a hold of her. She was accessible, and I so appreciated that. Moreover, she beautifully navigated that fine line between listening to what I wanted while still offering a designer’s perspective and honest feedback. Lastly, Norm’s has this really amazing software that allows the designers to create COLORED renderings of your kitchen! It really helped to visualize the final product! I can tell you that I shopped a couple other well-known, high end places in town, and they did not offer this feature. Don’t be fooled by the name, Norm’s Bargain Barn! It’s a quality operation with quality professionals! I would spend my money there again and again. Thank you, Norm’s & Kourtney!

• Norms has very good prices on everything that they carry.   The workers are friendly and helpful.  I have purchased 4 complete kitchens from here so far and never had any big issues.  There has been a few times that a cabinet was damaged or scraped up, but they always make it right.

• Located in a plaza with other businesses catered to remodeling or contractors.  Attractive red barn façade on building’s exterior resembling farming barn atmosphere.  Doors and windows litter this business interior.  In the center is where all the work associates gather to look up, order, or finish a purchase up for a customer.  Friendly and helpful workers.  Would recommend to others.

• Family owned and operated facility that goes out their way to make sure the customer is taken care of.  We were in the marketplace for an interior door and were thrilled to see all the variety and styles available at Norm’s.  One of the sales associates (Michelle) showed us one of their new barn doors available to buy, it’s called the “Arabella”.  We hadn’t really considered a barn door for our home, but after viewing our minds were changed.  If you are renovating your home check this place out as they have great close out prices on windows and doors.  Their staff knows there stuff!

• We were looking for a pantry cabinet to match our existing cabinets.  While they had the same brand/style, the manufacturer had just discontinued our existing color.  Betsy was very helpful throughout the process, even contacting the manufacturer to see if they happened to have enough of the old color left sitting around to make this one cabinet.  They didn’t, but she recommended a different color that would work well with what we already had, and just needed to replace the cabinet above the fridge with one in the new color for the pantry to connect to.  The new cabinets looks great and we couldn’t be happier.  Will definitely use these guys again in the future.
