She was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with our many questions and concerns. We were able to stay within our budget and the quality of the products is exceptional. Norm is a landmark himself. Love the bargains and the staff. Doors, cabinets, door knobs, faucets fixtures, tubs & shower stalls, windows… They’ll find your hard to find. Been making the best of this place for more than 20 years. Miss the Clydesdales and the pettable animals. Hang in there Norm!

Norms has very good prices on everything that they carry. The workers are friendly and helpful. I have purchased 4 complete kitchens from here so far and never had any big issues. There has been a few times that a cabinet was damaged or scraped up, but they always make it right.
