Family owned and operated facility that goes out their way to make sure the customer is taken care of. We were in the marketplace for an interior door and were thrilled to see all the variety and styles available at Norm’s. One of the sales associates (Michelle) showed us one of their new barn doors available to buy, it’s called the “Arabella”. We hadn’t really considered a barn door for our home, but after viewing our minds were changed. If you are renovating your home check this place out as they have great close out prices on windows and doors. Their staff knows there stuff!

We visited you store last night for the first time. What a GREAT experience we had! The store was clean, the prices were great, and the young man helping us was so polite and didn’t try to pretend he knew everything. If he didn’t know an answer to our question, he would ask someone instead of making something up! We ended up purchasing a new front door and two new windows (that we still need to pick up), and we are completely rehabbing our house and we plan to be back for our kitchen cabinets and interior doors.

We both just could not believe our experience as we talked about it on the way home and just thought someone should know, it’s not very often you get service like that anymore. Thank you!
