We were in the marketplace for an interior door and were thrilled to see all the variety and styles available at Norm’s. One of the sales associates (Michelle) showed us one of their new barn doors available to buy, it’s called the “Arabella”. We hadn’t really considered a barn door for our home, but after viewing our minds were changed. - I am remodeling my home and gutting the inside and putting on new siding and windows and doors. The house is from the 50’s so then windows are not standard, nor do they all match in size…a friend recommended to go to Norm’s Bargain Barn. They had dozens of standard sizes and odd sized windows but none to match my house.
  
  As I was looking at the windows Greg came up to me and asked if he could help. I explained my dilemma and showed him my list of odd sized windows. He explained he could custom make all those sizes and it would not be much more than the standard sizes. It would be the highest rated energy efficient glass and would not take long to be delivered. He followed up later with the estimate and answered all my questions. It is a real joy to work with people this helpful and caring.

- I originally ordered by cabinets and quartz counters through Menards. I stopped by Norm’s and talked to Kourtney Nyga. She looked at my blue prints and showed me the errors in what they had ordered. One of the cabinet doors I wouldn’t have even been able to open! She was able to get me better quality cabinets and quartz for around the same price as Menards. (Actually the cabinets are SOLID wood. My contractor was impressed.) Also, Menards, won’t come out to measure, (big mistake) and Norm’s will. Kourtney is an experienced, professional, interior designer, something you also won’t find at places like Menards! She was helpful with my design decisions and extremely patient with my indecisiveness. She was prompt to return my calls and messages and was there every step of the way. (Good luck to the people who try to get a hold of someone at Menards cabinet and counter area!) If you want quality for less and professional help (for free) check out Norms! I’m so glad I did!

- We recently completed our basement bar project and they were super helpful with helping us choose the cabinets, countertops, sinks, and helped us with all our questions as well as checked in on us periodically through the process to see if we needed anything. - If you can keep an open mind, this is the home of good bargains. I don’t understand why a bathroom vanity is such a challenge to find, but they have plenty in stock, a good variation of sizes, and after you’ve visited Home Depot or Menard’s it is clear the place to find a vanity is here.
  
  Not limited to vanities, they also have doors, windows, columns, basically anything custom that didn’t work comes here for resale. Everything is new. It was just the wrong size.
